What we collect

What you send us so that we can design and price a villa: floor plans, your answers to the design questions, and your name, company, phone number and email address. For Homestat Studio accounts, we also keep the company details needed to open the account and issue invoices. On the website itself, we keep standard server logs and use privacy-preserving analytics that do not rely on tracking cookies.

What we use it for

To design and price the villa you sent us, to reply to you, to open and run your account, and to issue invoices. We do not sell your data, and we do not send you marketing you did not ask for.

Plans and designs

Floor plans are confidential. They are stored on cloud servers, used only to produce your design, and never shown to another client. Designs shared by link are watermarked. The full engineering documents are released only to people who have accepted our confidentiality undertaking, and we keep a record of who opened them.

Who else sees it

The suppliers we order your hardware from see what they need in order to ship it. The installer you choose sees the documents you decide to give them. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf. Nobody else does.

How long we keep it

Designs and account records are kept for as long as the account is active, and afterwards for the period the law requires for invoices. Plans for villas that never went ahead are deleted twelve months after our last contact, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@homestat.ae. We answer within 30 days. This notice follows the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
