For contractors
A bill that survives the site: engineered scope, point schedules with heights, back boxes, conduit and cable, and one design that everyone on the job reads from.
Where it goes wrong
Most ELV variations are not changes of mind. They are gaps in the first-fix documents that the site had to fill in on its own.
The design said "keypad, majlis", but it never said where, at what height, in which back box or on which conduit. So the electrician put it where the socket was, the client walked in, and the argument about the variation began.
What you get
A schedule your team can build from without having to call anyone.
Every room, every device
For each device: its location, mounting height, back box, conduit, cable type and route. Keypads sit on the latch side of the door at 1.2 m; room screens at about 1.4 m, away from sun and air vents; presence sensors on the ceiling; curtain motors at the head of the opening with their power planned at first fix; cameras on the soffit, weather-rated; and access points on the ceiling with a cable run all the way back to the rack.
Every floor, every board
The distribution board on each floor arrives with its actuators, dimmers, power supply and couplers, sized with spare ways. The rack comes with the PoE switch sized in watts and ports with 20% in hand, the recorder and the UPS. Nothing is marked "by others" only to turn out to be yours.
Who owns what
Money and responsibility, written down before the first conduit goes in.
Homestat supplies the hardware and the engineering. You wire from the documents, and the hardware ships once the wiring is done and the client's second payment has arrived. You, or an approved integrator, then terminate, program and commission from the engineer documents, and whoever does that work carries the workmanship warranty. We carry the product warranty. All of it is agreed in writing at the start, because a warranty argument is the most expensive kind there is.
Your account
Contractors hold Homestat Studio accounts with their own rate against MSRP. Pricing the ELV package inside a larger contract? Send the plans and you have the number the same day.
One order, six systems
Automation, WiFi, CCTV, intercom, door access and audio come from one supplier, on one order, with one product warranty, instead of six subcontractors to coordinate.
The installation stays yours
We never install, program or commission. Your team, or an integrator you choose, does that work and keeps its margin; we never price against you for it.
Other doors
The same engineered design serves everyone who holds a villa; each simply needs something different from it.
Send one villa
Open your Studio, or send the plans of the villa on your desk. The design at selling depth costs nothing, and it comes back in hours.
