For interior design and fit-out
The devices on the wall are part of your scheme, and the ELV line is part of your tender. Choose every keypad, switch and screen by material and colour, price the line while the tender is open, and hand your client a villa where nothing on the wall looks like an afterthought.
Chosen like the joinery
Finish by finish and room by room, checked against the rest of your palette.
One family of finishes
Every visible device comes in the same small set of finishes, so the keypad, the screen and the thermostat in a room belong together rather than arriving from three catalogues.
Fewer things on the wall
One keypad by the door, a screen only where someone will stand and use it, sensors in the ceiling. Most rooms end up with a single plate, and you decide what it looks like.
Positions you can draw
Every device comes with its position and mounting height, so your elevations and the contractor's first-fix drawings show the same wall.
Priced inside the tender
The ELV line is the one you cannot price yourself. Now it comes back the same day.
A priced bill, the same day
Send the plans and answer the questions with your client, and the engineered bill comes back the same day, priced line by line. The client page is yours to present, and it reads like something your own engineer wrote, because the rules behind it are the rules a good engineer follows.
Documents the day you win
When the job is yours, the contractor and engineer documents open on the hardware order, or on a design retainer of AED 3,500, including VAT, that is credited back in full. First-fix schedules go to your site team, and the bus, power budget and rack go to the consultant.
Samples to your studio
Hold the finish against your fabrics and stone before your client does.
- With a designer account
- Samples are free once we approve the request.
- Delivered and collected
- We bring them to your studio or to site, and collect them again afterwards.
How you work with us
Your specification, carried through to the bill and the site.
You choose with your client
You pick the finishes and the positions together, on the same client page the rest of the project reads.
The site orders against your choice
Your site team, or the contractor, orders from the same design, so the brass you chose is the brass that arrives.
Your installer builds it
Your usual ELV or MEP subcontractor does the first fix from our documents, or you choose one from our approved list. We supply the parts, time the delivery to the wiring milestone and carry the product warranty; your subcontractor carries the workmanship.
Your account opens after a short call
Like every Homestat Studio account: a person reads your request and calls you the same working day. Open your Studio.
Your client stays yours
The account that holds the villa holds the relationship.
If your client later contacts us directly, we do not serve them around you. That is how we work, not merely what we say.
Other doors
The same engineered design serves everyone who holds a villa; each simply needs something different from it.
Send one villa
Open your Studio, or send the plans of the villa on your desk. The design at selling depth costs nothing, and it comes back in hours.
